To Place Orders Using the Online Store:
- Select the product you would like to purchase.
- Then choose quantity by size and color if applicable and the appropriate logo for the product.
- Then click on Buy, this will create your shopping cart. You may continue to shop or checkout .
- Now input appropriate information to complete the checkout process.
- Please note any special needs (i.e. specific event dates, certain logo placement, or a need for catalogs) in the Additional Miscellaneous Instructions section.
- If you live in Alamance County or locally and wish to pick up your order, please note that in the comments section upon checkout and we will advise you when your order is complete and ready for pick-up. Shipping charges will be changed to reflect a standard $4.95 handling charge.
- NC Sales tax will be billed for orders shipped in NC.
- Once the order has shipped your credit card will be billed with the correct shipping charges and a copy of the invoice will be included with your order.
All sales on all decorated goods are final - no returns will be accepted other than defective goods. We strive to provide quality products, reliable service and timely delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order if the item you receive is defective or if we have made an error in filling your order.
